Our standard procedure for exterior painting is:

• Protecting your property, i.e., driveway, lawn, flower beds, garden, etc…
• Power washing all required areas
• Replacing rotted wood
• Scrapping off all loose paint
• Sanding down all areas
• Re-caulk all required areas
• Filling in all gaps, holes and cracks
• Replacing loose/or missing window putty
• Ensuring all windows and doors open and close properly
• Applying 2 coats of primer
• Applying 2 finish coats
• Final clean up and inspection

Note: Not every project requires all of the above mentioned steps.

All exterior work is guaranteed for 5 years. (Some conditions apply)
